Hosted by the Great Marsh Coalition (greatmarshcoalition.org) on March 17, 2021, the half-day virtual Great Marsh Symposium was themed “Restoration Matters.”
Presenters included representatives from the Ipswich River Watershed Association, Plum Island Ecosystems Long Term Ecological Research, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, University of New Hampshire, Boston University, Mass CZM, and The Trustees. Russell Hopping, lead coastal ecologist, presented on behalf of The Trustees, with an overview and update on the Great Marsh restoration project.
